Cadillac Fairview is selling Georgian Mall in Barrie to RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust.
RioCan announced today that it plans to acquire the shopping mall for 318 million dollars.
They expect to complete the purchase by the end of the third quarter of 2012.
RioCan owns a number of retail properties across Canada and it is the largest real estate investment trust focused solely on retail real estate in the country.
