Pet of the Week

At the Orillia SPCA, you’ll find dozens of homeless animals… dogs, cats… hamsters, maybe a snake? You never know who you’ll find there! They take good care of these little guys, but there’s always more that need help.

89.1 Max FM is partnering with Wavemaker Pool Spa Sauna Showroom in Orillia every week to help find these animals…their Alternative Home.

Lets share our roof with the animal kingdom!

Listen Thursdays in the noon hour, for the Pet of the Week on Max, and keep your eye on our socials for a pic of each week’s guest.

Plus, if you adopt a pet that was highlighted on Pet of the Week, Pet Valu Orillia has a $50 gift card with your name on it, to help you get started on your new journey!

Meet Moose, our fluffy pet of the week! He is a non-pair bonded guinea pig who loves the company of people! This little dude would make an amazing pet for someone wanting a small companion who is easy to look after. Thanks to Erin from Wavemaker Pool Spa for supporting our pet of the week!
