An Orillia family is going to star on the premiere episode of Family Feud Canada.
Krista Hastings, her mom (Peggy Madill) and three eldest daughters (Paige, Brooke and Jaida) will be competing on the game show, after being chosen from thousands of applicants, for the opportunity to win up to $30,000.
Hastings is a mother of five, who has been a registered nurse for 22 years, while her mother is retired, but worked in the obstetrical department of the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for 25 years.
The daughters attend Georigan College in either Orillia or Barrie, and Brooke and Jaida are identical twins.
Since the show has already been taped, they can’t reveal any details about the outcome.
Krista and her family will appear on the premiere episode of Family Feud Canada, airing at 8 tonight on CBC with host, comedian Gerry Dee.
