It was all a hoax.
That’s what police are saying about a suspected armed robbery in downtown Collingwood.
Just before noon yesterday, police were called about a robbery in progress at the National Bank on Hurontario Street.
Armed officers surrounded the building for the investigation.
However, the OPP say it turned out to be a hoax, and they are now attempting to find the caller.
