An 83-year-old man has been arrested, after an incident in Orillia’s north end.
Police say last Thursday night, a concerned neighbour spotted an elderly man looking in a window and called police.
Officers located the man a short distance away and following an investigation, he is now facing several charges, including: committing an indecent act in a public place, exposing himself to a person under 16, criminal harassment and trespassing at night.
The accused (Ronald Leyzack of Severn Township) was held for a bail hearing and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie today.
