Volunteer drivers are needed in Orillia for the Wheels of Hope program.
It is a transportation service from the Canadian Cancer Society that helps people get to their life saving treatment.
The service relies on volunteers from the community to drive clients to appointment and who can drive long distance to Toronto!
It says in 2019, volunteer drivers in the Orillia area made 1,672 trips totaling 158,744 kilometres, helping 45 adults get to their cancer appointments.
