A GoFundMe account has been set up for an Orillia man killed in a recent snowmobile accident on Lake Simcoe.
James Tahir was one of two men riding the sled that went through the ice on The Narrows during the Family Day weekend.
The other man was rescued, but Tahir's body was later recovered.
The 35-year-old leaves behind his wife Sara, and two young kids: Sawyer, 2, and Madison, seven months.
According to the fundraiser, Sara is still on maternity leave and, unfortunately, the young family did not have life or mortgage insurance.
The GoFundMe account hopes to raise $50,000.
