The moose at Gravenhurst town hall finally has a name. After a contest that resulted in a short list of five names, voters have chosen Mooskokie as the name for the giant carved moose that greets visitors to the municipal offices.
The moose naming comes just in time for the 136th anniversary of the town.
Drum roll please…Skokie's friend the moose is named: MOOSKOKIE!
