More than two million dollars has been set aside by FedNor, for initiatives in Muskoka.
About $1.6 million is going to Muskoka Aircraft Refinishing in the form of a loan, to support the expansion and upgrades to its operation at the Muskoka Airport. Another half million dollars is being loaned to Sawdust City Brewing to purchase new equipment.
Muskoka Arts & Crafts and Muskoka Chautauqua will receive grants in the range of 35 to 40 thousand dollars to hire youth interns.
