Taking a dip at Couchiching Beach Park in Orillia, Gull Lake Beach in Gravenhurst and at Centennial Park Beach in Washago may not be in your best interest.
A swim advisory has been posted for those locations after tests revealed a higher than normal bacteria count.
The beaches will be open, but there will be no lifeguards at Couchiching.
If you choose to go in the water, it's advised you not dunk your head or swallow the water.
There is a higher risk of developing minor skin, eye, ear, nose or throat infections or stomach illness.
