Barrie Police were called to a Clapperton Street residence Saturday afternoon around 4.
The property manager notified police after he was concerned about his tenant's well-being.
Officers went inside the unit where they found three people but not the tenant.
It was later revealed that the rightful resident was locked inside the bathroom after being assaulted, threatened, and robbed.
The victim sustained minor injuries but didn't require medical attention
