South Simcoe Police were able to identify the man who was the focus of an investigation at Innisfil Beach Park.
A man between 60 and 80 reportedly committed an indecent act in front of a child inside the public washroom back on July 20th.
Investigators have determined that no indecent act took place.
But a further investigation revealed that the said man had a previous arrest where he was order not to go to places where children might be present.
The 87-year-old from Barrie was charged for violating that condition and will appear in a Bradford court September 13th.
