Bracebridge OPP say a person is in hospital with life threatening injuries after being assaulted on Wednesday night in Gravenhurst.
The assault took place around 11:25 on Muskoka Road South.
No word about a suspect.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
