A Toronto man has died in an apparent drowning on Georgian Bay.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP along with Tiny Township Fire Service and Simcoe County Paramedics were called to Bluewater Beach in Tiny Township Sunday afternoon just before 1.
The 35-year-old was swimming with friends when he went under water and did not come up.
He was pulled out of the water and on to the beach where good samaritans at the scene performed CPR before first responders arrived.
The man was transported to Georgian Bay General Hospital by ambulance where he was pronounced dead.
