A Tesla car was demolished after a wild crash in Barrie.
Police say around eight last night(TUES), a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed northbound on Little Avenue approached an incline leading up to railway tracks, north of Huronia Road.
The car became airborne and crashed 100 feet into the opposite lane, then skid across the road and hit a tree in the parking lot of an elementary school.
The driver and a passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A 48 year old Barrie man has been charged with dangerous driving.
