There won't be any classes on the first day of school at any of the seven Georgian College campuses.
Instead, the campuses are celebrating the start of the school year with orientation on Tuesday.
This day is full of fun and informative events to transition new students to the college.
At the John Di Poce (Poh-chay) South Georgian Bay Campus in Collingwood, orientation also includes a free lunch for students and a Community Trade Fair.
First day of classes is Wednesday, September 5th.
