Around 4 o'clock early Monday morning, Barrie police said two people reported they were robbed at the Duckworth Plaza in the city's east end.
The suspect vehicle crashed into a nearby park at St. Vincent and Blake Streets.
One male and two females are in custody.
The search continues for a fourth suspect, described as a male, black, 18-20 years of age, thin build, about 6-feet tall, dark hair with dreadlocks and a dark goatee.
