A 10 year prison sentence for 26 year old James Garthwaite in the March 2017 manslaughter death of Dana Camber of Barrie.
She was shot in the abdomen at her Kozlov Street apartment.
Court heard that Camber was not the intended target, did not know Garthwaite and was caught in a drug deal that went bad.
Two other males pleaded guilty in June to being an accessory after the fact and were sentenced to time already served.
