Convicted killer Paul Bernardo has been denied parole.
A panel at the Millhaven Institution in Eastern Ontario made the decision on Wednesday afternoon.
Bernardo is serving a life sentence for the kidnapping, rapes and first-degree murders of two teen girls in the early 1990s.
He told the parole hearing that he did horrible things in the past, and cries every day over the crimes he committed.
The panel disagreed, denying his early release.
