No charges are being laid in a crash involving a fire truck in Orillia.
Police say the fire vehicle and an SUV collided on Highway 12 and Memorial Avenue just after 8 am on Wednesday (8:15 a.m.).
OPP say the fire truck was responding to a call and had its emergency lights on.
The truck stopped at a red light then proceeded through the red light when it was believed it was safe.
A vehicle going the other way went through the green light and hit the fire truck and then struck a telephone pole.
No one was hurt.
Police say the investigation is complete and neither driver will be charged.
