Police have laid charges in a collision that happened back in June in New Tecumseth.
June 8th just before 1 am OPP officers were called to 5th Line just east of County Road 10.
A Nissan travelling west with three men in it, collided head-on with an Ford SUV driven by a woman.
The 20 year old man driving the Nissan, who is from Barrie, is charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
