A citizen called South Simcoe Police early Wednesday to report a truck stuck on a street while trying to get up a snow covered hill on the area of the 20th Sideroad and Big Bay Point Road.
Officers arrived on scene and decided the driver stunk like booze.
A 48 year old Barrie man has been charged with impaired driving.
