There are two applications for pot shops in Huntsville that have entered the 15-day public notice phase.
One would be located at 6 Brunel Road, while the other is proposed for 96 Main Street East.

There is also an application for a new cannabis retail store at 130 Dunlop St. E. Suite 102 in Barrie, which has entered the 15-day public notice phase.

The Registrar will now consider written submissions as to why the proposed stores are not in the public interest as set out in the regulation made under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018.
