The Alcohol and Gaming Commission is continuing an investigation which has already seen two people charged following complaints against a licensed establishment in Alliston.
As a result of complaints about activity at the establishment, which is on Victoria Street West, numerous criminal code, liquor license act and drug-related charges were laid.
A 25-year-old Toronto man stands charged cocaine trafficking, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of property obtained by crime and dangerous driving.
A 56-year-old New Tecumseth man also faces trafficking charges and others, including causing a disturbance, being intoxicated in public, resisting arrest and attempting to disarm a police officer.
The licensed establishment has also been charged under the liquor license act, smoke-free Ontario act for permit intoxication, permit removal of alcohol and permit smoking (cannabis) in a prohibited place.
