A Barrie man is facing charges after a single vehicle crash near Orillia on New Year's Eve that resulted in seven people being taken to hospital.
Orillia OPP say a 19 year old man was later airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital with life threatening injuries.
The crash happened on Highway 12 near Balsam Road in Ramara Township.
Charges against the 35 year old driver include five counts of impaired operation of a vehicle and five counts of operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.
