A 48 year old Orillia man has been arrested and charged after someone stole money from a group raising money to support Canadian troops in Afghanistan.
Orillia OPP say donation money collected for the Yellow Ribbon Campaign was stolen on two separate occasions.
The first theft on January 27th and was captured on video and reported to police.
The second incident was February 6.
Police were able to determine who the suspect was from the video evidence.
Richard ELIA, age 48 of Orillia has been charged with 2 counts of Theft Under $5,000 dollars and 2 counts of Breach of Probation
