Two historic Orillia buildings will be getting a bit of a make over.
City Council has approved renovations to spruce up the Leacock Museum and the Orillia Opera house.
The Museum will be getting about 32 thosuand dollars for some cosmetic improvements which will include restoration of the front porch piller footings.
In addition the balcony deck and railings will be replaced.
The Opera House will see interior renovations totaling 56 thousand dollars.
That will help mak the box office more accessable, improve the lighting in the lobby area and some plaster and painting work.
