A fire on Saturday on James Street, continues to be investigated…to determine the cause.
The fire broke out in the 2-storey house, after 4 in the morning…three people were in the home and they were treated for minor smoke inhalation at Soldiers Memorial and released.
One cat died in the fire…another cat is missing…the house was completely destroyed, with damages estimated at $200,000.
The fire is not considered suspiscious at this time.
