All four local candidates in Simcoe North are out of the starting gate and canvasing for votes.
Incumbant Conservative MP Bruce Stanton will be on the hustings before the weekend is out and soon will be opening up his campaign office in the West Ridge plaza.
Liberal candidate Steve Clark will be out Sunday setting up his first election sign of the campaign on Laclie Street.
The NDP candidate, Richard Bannigan will be putting out campaign signs as well holding an election strategy session Sunday afternoon.
And the local Green Candidate Valerie Powell expects to enter the race in the next few days.
