Two purse snatching’s in two days have Orillia OPP out with a warning for women to keep a close eye on their wallets.
Special constable Wanda Peirce says women should never let their purses out of their sight.
Peirce says women should keep their purse with them at all times and keep it closed so no one can reach in and grab their wallet
She also says if someone tries to steel your purse, yell and make lots of noise to attract attention
Constable Peirce says only carry what you need in your wallet.
Constable Peirce’s says its a good idea to make a photo copy of all your credit cards, driversl icence and social insurance number and birth certificate just in case your wallet is stolen.
