Power is out to about three thousand Hydro One customers this afternoon in the Guthrie area after an oversized transport truck took out some power lines.
The incident occurred around 10 30 this morning and Hudro One’s websitre says it may be until 9 tonight before the power can be restored.
Meanwhile Highway 11 both northbound and southbound remains closed to allow hydro crews to fix the power lines.
OPP say traffic is being rerouted onto line 3 n/b and line 5 s/b. but the highway will remain closed until at least 6 this evening.
