OPP still looking into what caused a fiery crash in Bracebridge this past week.
Thursday a women drove off the road and wound up crashing into a parked van.
An off-duty OPP officer happened to be driving behind the car at the time of the incident.
The officer was able to pull the women from the burning car with help from two bystanders.
The women’s name and current medical condition have not yet been released.
The Orillia Packet and Times reports that charges could be laid if negligence is found to be the cause.
Police have turned to the public now, asking anyone with information to contact the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
