Its time to check out the attic to see if there is any valuable up there.
The friends of the Orillia Public Library holding their second annual Antique and Heirloom road show this Saturday at ODAS park.
Spokesperson Ann Marie Alexander says they will have numerous professional appraisers on hand to check out valuables to put a dollar figure on them.
The cost of 10 dollars per appraised item and all the money goes towards the new Orillia Library Building project.
She says each person will get about 10 minutes with the appraiser so they will get some good information on what the item is worth and whether they should sell it or keep it as a family heirloom.
Alexander says there will be 12 appraisers with expertise in art, prints, china, postcards local history, clocks and jewelry.
She says there will also be an antiques fair as well where vendors will items like vintage comic books, toys, gadgets and china for sale.
The Roadshow events begins at 10 am Saturday at the ODAS park fairgrounds.
