Local shutter bugs answered the call with an overwhelming number of entries for a digital photography contest hosted by the City of Orillia.
More than 550 photographs depicting ‘Your Orillia’ were entered by approximately 250 photographers during the month-long contest.
A selection of the entries will adorn the city’s new website, currently under construction and due to launch this fall.
Photographs will also be used in other Orillia promotional materials in the future.

Photographs were entered and judged in three categories: People, Scenic and Other.
