Some top level Fastball on tap for this evening, as the Argentina Junior Mens National Team take part in a pair of exhibition games at
Vasey Ball Park.
Brad Robinson is with the Vasey Countrymen one of two teams to face the Argentineans.
He says they are a very fast team and should provide his team and the Simcoe Rural Fastball All Stars some stiff competition.
Robinson says there has been a decline in interest in Fastball in the region over the past few years and having a game featuring such a high level of competition could spark more interest in fastball and encourage more young people to take up the sport.
Admission is $5.00 per vehicle or a donation to Vasey Minor Ball and the first game begins around 6.30 this evening.
