OPP are investigating an overnight robbery in Wasaga Beach.
Just before 3 this morning, officers responded to a robbery on Shore Lane, where two victims report that they were in their vehicle on that street when three males approached carrying what appeared to be handguns. They forced the victims to drive to a bank to withdraw money from their accounts. The suspects then fled on foot.
Thankfully no one was hurt in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information or who may have seen suspicious activity in the Shore Lane area, to contact the Huronia West detachment or Crime Stoppers if you want remain anonymous.
