The strike by support staff at Georgian College in Orillia and Barrie, has resulted in yet another cancellation.
The first homecoming for Georgian Alumi, scheduled for later this month at the Barrie Campus, from Sept 23rd to the 25 th now has been scrubbed.
College officials say because of the labour dispute,the final planning work that needs to be completed, cannot take place right now. Homecoming will be rescheduled for next year.
Meanwhile, The ongoing labor dispute at the Orillia Campus of Georgian College continues to cause some traffic problems around the college entrance on Memorial Ave.
Orillia OPP again asking motorists to be patient and allow for extra time especially if you are trying to get on to the campus.
