Midland Secondary School (MSS) is just clicks away from winning an outdoor classroom through the Majesta Trees of Knowledge competition.
Starting today,, people can go online to www.majesta.com and vote for MSS to win $20,000 towards a custom outdoor classroom.
The school is one of only 10 schools across Canada selected for the voting stage of the competition.
If the school wins the competition, the front yard of the school would be excavated, new soil, plants and shrubs would be brought in, and the area would be turned into a place to be used by students, staff and the community.
The project with the most votes wins the competition. Individuals can vote once a day, every day during the contest.
Visit www.majesta.com and click on the Trees of Knowledge logo to vote. Voting starts on September 21 and closes on November 4.
