The Orillia Salvation Army now better equiped to help emergency responders at the scene of a disaster or other emergency.
The Sally Ann has retrofitted a donated RV to be used as a community response vehicle.
Captain Jim Mercer says they will use it to provide hot meals and drinks to firefighters responding to any energency situation
He says the second use for the vehicle will be to get out into the community to help provide some of the Salvation Armys Community services.
The Salvation Army received the renovated RV last sunday.
