It may be the beginning of winter, but already people are think ahead to next years Mariposa Folk Festival.
The first five acts for next years event have been announced by the Festival and the acts include some well known Canadian artists and some up and coming acts.
Festival Artistic Director Mike Hill says Danny Michel will once again be gracing the Mariposa festival stage.
Old Man Luedecke, Julian Fauth The Once, Gandalf Murphy & The Slambovian Circus of Dreams from New York, Florent Vollant from Qubec and The Arrogant Worms from Ontario.
Hill says more acts probably will be announced early in the new year.
