Orillia OPP will be doing more than just ride checks and regular patrols this weekend.
Tomorrow, they will be in Coldwater to help collect food for the local food banks.
OPP Constable Gerry Dwyer says Orillia OPP Detachment are partnering in a food drive with the Mill Street Bistro in Coldwater.
He says they are hoping to stuff an OPP cruiser with food in support of our local food banks.
The event will take place just before the Coldwater Christmas Parade at 4:00 p.m., and will end at 7:00 p.m., just after the parade.
The police vehicles will be in the Mill Street Bistro parking lot next to the Old Mill.
