A 59 year old man has died following an altercation in Penetanguishene.
OPP say police responded to the incident during the evening hours of February 11th and two men were sent to hospital.
Now police say William McKee has died of his injuries while another 27-year-old man remains in critical condition after being airlifted to a Toronto area Trauma Centre.
South Georgian Bay OPP continue to investigate and the SIU has invoked their mandate.
