The Special Investigations Unit has cleared Barrie police in the death of 32 year old Olando Brown.
A video of the Barrie man being arrested and tasered last June downtown sparked several demonstrations.
The SIU has determined Brown later died at the police station from swallowing two plastic bags.
The video shows two officers, and then a third, in a struggle with an unidentified man.
What led up to the incident or what happened after the man was detained was not captured on video.
