Barrie Police want to ID a suspect after a theft at the Pita Pit at 89 Park Place Boulevard.
Video surveillance taken March 4th at 3:20 pm shows a man taking two small plastic jars of tips left for restaurant employees and trying to steal the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) donation box.
He was unsuccessful in stealing the MADD donations, but he did get some cash from the tip jars.
The suspect is described as:
– Male, white (20 – 29 yrs.)
– 5'10″ to 6' tall, with a slim build
– Wearing a black jacket and winter hat, blue jeans and a grey hooded sweatshirt, with dark shoes
