A 19-year-old Bradford man has been charged with Speeding and Stunt Driving following a traffic stop early this morning.
Around 1 am, police were patrolling southbound on Yonge St. near Line 11 in Bradford when they saw a vehicle approaching at a high rate of speed.
Police say the vehicle entered the northbound lane and passed the cruiser continuing southbound – it registered a speed
of 164 km/h in the posted 80 zone.
The driver was stopped and placed under arrest for Stunt Driving and Speeding.
His licence was also suspended for seven days and his vehicle impounded for seven too.
