Six people face three trafficking charges each in connection with a drug investigation at the Ecno Lodge on Memorial Avenue in Orillia.
Several of them face additional criminal code charges including one suspect who is up on weapons related offences and breach of recognizance.
The five men and one woman were nabbed by the OPP and a tactical team as they left the hotel late Thursday morning.
Police say cocaine, heroin and an opioid were being trafficked.
The suspects range in age from 19-27, five are from Orillia, the other is from Rama First Nation.
