A 33 year old man is the second person to be arrested in connection with the alleged violent kidnapping of Wanzhen Lu.
York Regional Police say he was nabbed during the execution of a search warrant at a Brampton home yesterday.
A 37 year old Toronto man was charged in the case on Monday.
Police say Lu, a 22 year old Chinese international student, was snatched from the underground parking garage of his Markham condo on March 23.
He was found with minor injuries in Gravenhurst three days later.
