The OPP have charged a 28 year old from Tay Township after an incident last month where a car was damaged while it was parked at a Midland manufacturing plant.
The whole thing unfolded in front of a security camera, which showed a man driving in to a parking lot, and using some sort of object to scratch up the vehicle.
The suspect has been charged with mischief and is due in court later this month.
