Orillia has taken the first of two important steps towards redeveloping the city’s waterfront.
They are looking for developers who share council’s vision who want to undertake the redevelopment of the 9.75-acre lands at 70 Front Street.
Timeless design, a green approach and an eye towards optimizing financial return are amongst the qualities Council wants to maintain at the site.
The next step would be an RFP process that would seek proposals from a short-listed group of developers.
