OPP are appealing to anyone who may have information regarding a serious crash in the southbound lanes of Highway 11.
Shortly before 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24th, a pedestrian was struck on the southbound section of Highway 11 near Sparrow Lake Route D in Gravenhurst.
A 30-year-old woman received serious life threatening injuries and was taken to a Toronto area trauma centre.
The vehicle involved failed to remain at the scene.
Bracebridge OPP are looking for anyone who may have witnessed this collision and may be able to identify the vehicle involved.
